Hat: Michael Stars / Vest: Penfield / Thermal: Bobi / Leggings: Hue / Boots: Hunter (on sale!) / Socks: Old Free People, but similar here.

Right now, it’s almost too cold to head out the door without some sort of outerwear. And while I’m a big believer in the power of a coat, I’m currently all about vests. Vests not only keep you cozy and comfy, but they also allow you to move your hands freely, which is definitely beneficial when you’re on-the-go. I stumbled upon this sleeveless stunner from Revolve, and immediately fell in love with the playful plaid detailing. I built my outfit around it by adding a cozy thermal, slouchy beanie, some thick leggings, and my go-to Hunter rainboots (with some Free People over-the-knee socks, of course!). The final look is perfect for morning coffee runs, strolls ‘round town, and more. What do you think? Are you ready to invest in a vest?
