Summer flew by once again, but I’m so excited for all the things that fall brings. The changing of the seasons brings a fresh start, and I love having my entire home reflect that with new decor. Fall decor is some of the best and I love incorporating it both indoors and out—it makes everything feel so much more cozy!
There are so many fun ways to bring a fresh, fall vibe to the entrance of the home. And did I mention so easy?! Dried leaves in either a wreath or garland help bring texture to the space, pumpkins bring the nostalgia of autumn, and lanterns with candles bring a moody glow. Simple touches of Halloween sprinkled in also make a fun way to remind us of what’s to come. I’m so excited to be dressing up my home for the cozy fall season, and I hope these fall front porch decor ideas inspire you to do the same!
Plaid Outdoor Rug
I love the layered rug look, especially with doormats on your front porch. This plaid rug is just the right amount of fall without being too overwhelming. Layer it underneath this simple doormat for a quick refresh.
Corn Husk Pumpkin
It doesn’t get more fall than pumpkins on the front porch. I love that these corn husk pumpkins are a little different and add some nice texture.
Fall Wreath
A wreath is a staple and a classic way to tie all the front porch decor together. They make for a beautiful focal point and will be one of the first things guests see as you welcome them in. I also love these more affordable wreaths too!
Boo Doormat
If you’re looking to add more of a Halloween touch to your porch, doormats are such an easy way to switch up decor for the season. Love that this doormat has a fun yet subtle Halloween vibe with the black and white.
Faux White Pumpkins
Nothing beats the real things, but faux pumpkins are a close second! They get bonus points for their longevity and no mess, plus you can use them year after year.
Black Metal Lanterns
Lanterns look great on front porches all year round, but I especially love the black metal for fall. They’re a great way to add some flickering light to your front porch as the seasons change.
Fall Throw Pillow Cover
Another simple way to give your porch a fall makeover is with pillows! Add some rich tones to your outdoor furniture with this pillow cover. It would also be so cute paired with this striped pillow.
Galvanized Jack-O-Lantern
This cute little jack-o-lantern is the perfect way to incorporate a different texture into your pumpkin display! Pop a votive or flameless candle in for a cozy glow.
Hanging Planter Basket
Okay so technically this can be out on the porch all year, but how festive would this be with some faux flowers or stems in it? You can plant essentially anything in it, but I imagine it hanging on a big hook with some faux harvest branches.
Faux Green Gourd
Gourds are another great option to use in combination with pumpkins. I love that these come in a variety of colors and sizes. Perfect to mix and match for pops of color on your front porch!
White Pumpkin & Gourds Garland
Grab a few of these to frame around your front door. Love the ease of garland for layering amongst other decor pieces!
Decorative Brooms
These are so fun for a little extra touch of Halloween without being too cliche. I’d put a couple in a corner by the front door to add a little height.
