While there are few things I enjoy more than spending time in the kitchen, sometimes busy days call for a quick lunch or dinner recipe. This has been one of my go-to meals when I need something that doesn’t take a lot of time yet still feels satisfying.
I love that with wraps, you can really add any toppings or sauces that you like. I’m sharing my favorite way to make buffalo chicken wraps below, but feel free to get creative and incorporate what you’re craving.
Oh, and be sure to broil your chicken strips at the end—this makes them nice and crispy (like they would be if you ordered this at a restaurant!)
Buffalo Chicken Wraps
Ingredients
- Frozen chicken strips or grilled chicken breasts
- Tortillas
- Shredded lettuce
- Shredded carrots
- Ranch dressing (I like Toby’s ranch or homemade)
- Blue or feta cheese
- Franks Red Hot Sauce
Instructions
1. Make the chicken strips according to the package.
Tip: Broil them at the end for a couple minutes each side to crisp them up.
2. Add ranch to your tortilla and top with all the other toppings—dinner is ready in under 20 minutes!
