I recently shared this recipe in my newsletter and had to throw it up on the blog as well because it’s SO good and SO simple. You can easily whip this up and serve it as a side dish with any meal — chicken, a salad, fish, etc. The options are endless!
Potatoes are obviously a go-to choice to add to any entree, but honestly, it can get a bit old to make them the same way each time. This easy oven roasted potato recipe offers a more flavorful twist on the classic side. With a dill dip to go along with it, I swear this will be a new favorite in your household. Enjoy!
